Yeah... Leavenworth this time. My second Hetalia OC wth is wrong with me

I remembered that we have a little German vacation town here in Washington that I've been to once, called Leavenworth, and I was like OH MY GOD I HAVE TO MAKE HER. So I did.
DESCRIPTION TIEM.

She's Germany's adopted sister, because Leavenworth's a German vacation town, here in Washington. Whatever. Anyway her human name's Lislotte Beilschmidt (Ludwig's last name because adopted sister). Appearance shown abooove in le picture.
She's got the appearance of about a 15-16 year old, but as a city/town/country/hetalia person age doesn't exactly matter. Lislotte's about 5'4", with a small build but she'd hardy.
Personality-wise, she's generally calm and happy. She gets along with most people, and is nice to pretty much everyone unless she finds a reason to hate them. She has this weirdness though. She's super-observant, and can tell a lot about a person just by looking at them (similar to Sherlock Holmes, but she's not a proper genius. XD). Some people think that she can read minds, although this is obviously not true at all. She's also extremely clumsy. She tends to destroy things a lot but accident, and Germany doesn't let her use anything that's not either cheap or made of some indestructible materials.
Germany seems like the type to be an over-protective sort of big brother, so that what I did with him. XD He doesn't let Leavenworth go out much by herself. He also tries to be nice by buying her clothing- but, they are almost always the wrong size, and she doesn't show mush skin but her face, neck, some of her legs, and half or less of her arms if he can help it. Lislotte finds this constantly annoying, but puts up with it because she's nice. So every now and then she does shopping herself and buys her own clothes.
Since she's crazy psychic-but-not-really, I thought if she was gonna have a crush on somebody it might as well be Norway since he's unreadable. I guess she would enjoy trying to figure out what he's thinking, and failing at it. I guess she would prefer to say that he's 'intriguing'.

Uh... yep that's about it. f'ya wanna hear more then ask.

oh yeah btw West Kent likes Romano. hehehe.
